An Orientation tour of our city begins with a drive through the " Colonial Heart " for a view of the Padang, Cricket Club, Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall. Then enroute to Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of the oldest temples in Singapore, the coach will pass Chinatown before stopping at Mount Faber for a panoramic view of the harbour and on to a Local Handicraft Centre. The tour then continues to the National Orchid Garden located within the beautiful Botanic Gardens. Our final stop at Little India will entrance you with the scent of joss sticks, jasmine and spices.

Leave the city behind as we head north to Mandai for a visit to one of the world's top and most beautiful zoos. The Singapore Zoo* is spread over 28 hectares and is a haven to over 3,600 mammals, birds and reptiles including some rare and endangered species. It uses natural barriers like streams, rock walls and vegetation to separate animals from visitors creating an " Open Zoo " effect. You will get to experience this new concept in animal keeping highlighted by beautiful landscaping and very few cages from the comfort of your tram. This tour Raffles' vision of Singapore was for her to become a vital international port and trading center for the Far East. It begins with a Bumboat Cruise down the Singapore River. These hardy vessels were once used to shuttle cargo but today, they steer us through a kaleidoscope of historic Singapore River and harbour images set against the towering skyline of the modern business district.

Back on land, the journey continues to a Raffles Landing Site, where Sir Stamford is believed to have first set foot in 1819, and to an exhibition that traces the history of Singapore River. Next stop is The Armenian Church of St Gregory where the tombstones of some early renowned Armenians including family members of The Sarkies Brothers, who established the Raffles Hotel, can be found in the Memorial Garden. End the tour with a visit to the legendary Raffles Hotel where you are invited to a session of chocolate tasting and coffee at Thos S.B. Raffles Hotel.

A trip down memory lane beginning with a visit to the Raffles Landing Site where Sir Stamford Raffles is believed to have first set foot here in 1819, and to an exhibition that traces the history of the Singapore River. The tour begins with a visit to the Malay Village, which showcases the rich cultural heritage of the Malays and relives life in a Malay Kampong in the 50s and 60s.

From here, we will proceed to Changi Chapel and Museum to visit the museum and view a replica of the chapel, which was used during World War II. Enroute, let our guide recount the collective spirit which rose through the darkest times of the war.

This award winning tour offers an interesting insight into life outside the city. The tour starts with a visit to the Tiger Balms Garden, a theme park of Chinese mythology with exhibits of legendary figures. Next, we visit the Ming Village, where you can witness handcrafted replicas of Chinese porcelain antiques being produced. Proceed to Kranji Dam, once a swampy area used as the first landing spot for Japanese advance boats during the war. From there you can also get a clear view of Johore Bahru.
Next, we proceed to Kranji War Memorial. Unveiled in 1957, the memorial overlooking the Straits of Johore is the last resting place for many of the allied soldiers who lost their lives in World War II. It commemorates by name over 20,000 men and women of the forces who have no known grave. After Lunch is a visit to the Bright Hill Temple, a famous for its Chinese ancestral worship place. The final loop of the tour will bring you to Changi, passing the Johore Battery built by the British in 1939 to view a replica " Monster Gun ", one of the largest guns installed outside Great Britain during World War II.

The last stop is Changi Chapel & Museum where you will visit the museum and a replica of the chapel used by POW during the war. A drive through Changi Village enroute back to the city.

Head to where the action is! Nothing beats watching a thrilling horse race at Singapore Turf Club. Racing in Singapore has come a long way since it was set up in 1842 by a group of racing enthusiasts.

The milestones it has reached through the years have been impressive, culminating in the Club's move to its current state-of-the-art Singapore Racecourse in August 1999. Built at more than $500 million, the 81.2 hectares racecourse has received a Recognition Award from the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for its "fun and whimsical" design. The Singapore Racecourse ranks among the premier racecourses and boasts some "firsts" like the EI Toro-Zoysia grass track. Other unique features include the latest state-of-the-art technology such as the patron entry system, a glass-sided horse walk, which goes through the grandstand and connects the parade ring to the racetracks.
Racing is conducted in the evenings under spectacular floodlights on Fridays and in the afternoon on Saturdays and Sundays. Your tour price includes return transfers and admission to the air-conditioned Club Level located at level 3 of the Grandstand that offers an excellent view of the racetrack, a full service bar and private betting counters

SINT 12 - IMPERIAL CHENG HO CRUISE: (2.5 HOURS)

An exact replica of a famous Imperial vessel of the Ming Dynasty, the Da Fu M.V. Cheng Ho is nevertheless very modern in its comfort and safety. Leaving historic Clifford Pier, we pass the mouth of the Singapore River, landing site of Sir Stamford Raffles, founder of modern Singapore. Behind us is the magnificent skyline of tall buildings, before us the eastern anchorage of the busiest port in the world. We will cruise through a cluster of tropical islands before stepping ashore at Kusu Island (Not available during the ninth lunar month). Roam the jungle in the complete safety and comfort of a tram. The fun begins as soon as you board your 'DUCK', an authentic, newly converted Vietnam War amphibious craft. You will be greeted by our wacky Captain and cool DUCKtainer. And just when you think you have seen it all, the Captain bashes through the woods and emerges at the Kallang Bay for the "splashdown'! The Captain plunges the DUCK into the water, and you are off for the second part of the tour - the scenic harbour tour, bringing you right to the mouth of the Merlion.

Drive across the causeway linking Singapore and Malaysia. After immigration formalities, we commence our tour of Johore Bahru with a visit to a handicraft center to observe batik painting. The final stop will be at a Muslim Cemetery with a view of the exterior of The Royal Mausoleum before proceeding back to Singapore.
