WASBE 2009 Conference Updates
The full daily schedule as well as the list of ensembles, composers and clinicians is now posted on the 2009 WASBE Conference Web Site, www.wasbe2009.com. You can register online for the Conference through the site.
As well, delegates should be aware that the Vernon Manor Hotel closed its doors in March, so if you had reservations for that hotel, you will need to make alternate arrangements. The Local Organizing Committee has secured additional hotel space that will offer similar discounted rates for delegates, so check the Conference web site to make your travel and accommodation plans.
Conference Reporters (Still) Wanted
We need members to help us write articles for the WASBE web site during the Conference in Cincinnati this July. Articles will be posted to the web site daily and will become a part a part of our permanent online archive. If you are willing to be one of our writers on-site, please send an e-mail message to Web Publisher Anthony Reimer at wasbe [at] jazzace.ca. When you write, let him know whether or not you will be bringing a laptop computer with you and which dates you will be in attendance at the Conference.
Applications to Perform at the 15th WASBE Conference (2011)
